We’re excited to be hiring a Psychological Assistant to be part of our group practice, Center for Modern Therapy. Our practice offers a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming environment for clinicians. At Center for Modern Therapy we see each individual as unique and tailor treatment to meet each client’s needs. We offer individual, couples and adolescent therapy. All sessions are currently conducted virtually but will transition to a hybrid model once safe to return to in-person work. Theoretically we lean towards psychodynamic and relational conceptualizations while also using an integrative approach including but not limited to CBT, EFT, DBT, ACT, and IFS.
The primary supervisors have a combined two decades of experience in private practice, each with different patient specialties. Post-docs will receive specialized training in the following: Eating Disorders, Couples Therapy, Mood Disorders, and Adolescent Mental Health. As a psychological assistant at Center for Modern Therapy you will receive the supervision requirement for licensure as well as group supervision with both supervisors and other psychological assistants and/or clinicians in the practice. Our practice is designed to create a learning and growth environment for all, a place where you can build relationships, learn about private and group practice, have a variety of clients, and connect with other clinicians.
