Jessica Brennan, Psy.D.

Hello and welcome. Taking steps toward growth and change can feel daunting, but you don’t
have to take this journey alone. I am a licensed psychologist with over 12 years of experience
providing compassionate, empowering care. I am passionate about helping my clients improve
their self-esteem, find peace and happiness, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Together, we will help you uncover your inner resilience, replace unhelpful coping patterns, hone
your values, and foster insight as you increase your quality of life.

My specialties include treating adolescents and adults who struggle with eating disorders, body
image concerns, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, as well as providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
I also help individuals who are navigating major life transitions and working through the
complexities of their identities. Whatever you’re carrying, we’ll work through it together at your
pace, in a way that feels right for you.

As a therapist, I approach treatment with warmth, optimism, flexibility and creativity. My
therapeutic approach is integrative, experiential, mindfulness-based and evidence-based. I strive
to help my patients understand the psychological processes that underly their symptoms so that
they can uncover how to make lasting changes in their lives. Working as a team, we will craft a
unique path forward using evidence-based modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, EMDR or Schema
Therapy.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, reading, baking, doing
arts and crafts, and exploring nature. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey
