About
Jenna Bittner, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Hello! I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a strong background in behavioral therapy, with children ages 5-12, adolescents, and young adults. I have supported clients through evidence-based interventions aimed at promoting emotional and behavioral growth. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. During my graduate training, I completed a clinical traineeship at a rehabilitation and detox clinic in Los Angeles, where I gained hands-on experience working with individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
I bring a compassionate and strengths-based approach to therapy, meeting each client where they are with curiosity, empathy, and respect. In my spare time, I find balance through yoga, hiking, beach days, also attending baseball games and concerts. I value time with my loved ones and deeply believe in the importance of community, connection, and presence – values I strive to carry into my clinical work as well.
